NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) and its consolidated subsidiary, NTN Technical Service Corporation (hereafter, NTS), will exhibit at the “International Robot Exhibition 2025,” to be held at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan from December 3 to 6.
This event is the world's largest robot exhibition, featuring cutting-edge robots from Japan and overseas, along with the latest technologies in AI, ICT, and component engineering. At the previous exhibition, approximately 600 organizations participated, attracting around 150,000 visitors.
Amid a declining labor force, efforts to achieve labor savings and automation in manufacturing sites are accelerating. At this event, NTS will showcase products that help automate processes such as picking operations for loading and arranging workpieces, as well as appearance inspection after processing.
Under the theme “Pioneering the Future with Automation Technology!,” NTS will exhibit products including “TRINITTE”, a parts feeder that automatically supplies workpieces to processing machines and automates picking operations for various workpiece shapes without the need for setup changes.
In addition, we will exhibit the Wrist Joint Module “i-WRIST,” which delivers high-speed, smooth movements similar to a human wrist. As a robotic module designed to automate manual tasks, it can be equipped with end effectors tailored to specific operations, contributing to efficiency improvements and labor savings across various manufacturing processes.
To meet diverse customer needs for appearance inspection in manufacturing processes, NTN collaborates with image processing system manufacturers and robot system integrators to propose optimal appearance inspection solutions using “i-WRIST.”*1 At this event, as one example, NTN will unveil the Inline High-Speed Inspection Unit *2 at the booth of SANMEI CO., LTD (W2-19). In addition, several other booths will feature equipment incorporating “i-WRIST.” We invite you to visit these booths and see “i-WRIST” in action.
We look forward to welcoming you to the exhibition.

“TRINITTE”, Parts Feeder for Picking Robot
“TRINITTE” is a parts feeder for a picking robot that combines a rotating disk driven by a motor and an encoder with a conventional parts feeder. By Connecting in conjunction with cameras and picking robots, it enables the construction of an automated parts supply system.
The picking robot captures the rotation speed of the disc from “TRINITTE” and combines with camera image data to achieve stable, continuous picking.
In addition to accommodating a wide range of part shapes and offering space-saving design, it also reduces manual work such as changeovers and jam clearing, contributing to labor savings and improved efficiency in manufacturing sites.
At the booth, along with “TRINITTE,” which features high-speed picking, we will showcase three products: one designed for space-saving, another that balances speed and compactness, and a third that supports picking for various types of parts.
Crossdrive Linear Feeder
This is a vibrating parts feeder that transports workpieces to the next process, while maintaining the posture of the arranged workpieces. It generates elliptical vibrations by simultaneously vibrating the leaf springs for horizontal-vibration and vertical-vibration by the attractive force of the electromagnet. This is a linear feeder that enables high speed transportation of thin workpieces without overlapping or clogging (lapless) and without relying on air from compressors.
At the booth, we will showcase a lineup of this product in various sizes and demonstrate high-speed conveyance of thin workpieces.
Wrist Joint Module “i-WRIST”
“i-WRIST” is an angle control device that delivers human wrist-like movements, enabling fine angle adjustments—tasks that vertical articulated robots typically struggle with—with exceptional speed and smoothness.
By installing the appropriate end effector, it contributes to automation, efficiency improvements, and labor saving in various processes such as appearance inspection, grease application, and cleaning.

Inline High-Speed Inspection Unit with “i-WRIST”*3
NTN will unveil a compact, Inline High-speed Inspection Unit that maximizes the performance of the “i-WRIST,” enabling rapid and precise orientation and positioning of the camera unit and the lighting unit.
By implementing a new algorithm, the unit achieves approximately 50% reduction in width and enabling high-speed multi-surface inspection at up to 0.2 seconds per point. In collaboration with the SANMEI Group, which has extensive experience in the design, assembly, and manufacturing of precision positioning devices, NTN will propose a comprehensive inspection system built around this unit.
At SANMEI CO., LTD. 's booth, NTN will also demonstrate appearance inspection using the “Phoenix Series” from VRAIN Solution, Inc., which integrates AI-powered image analysis and hardware components.
