If the catalog search page is not displayed correctly

Please try the following coping methods.

Coping method (1) Check and change your browser setting

For Internet Explorer11

  1. Open [Internet Options]
  2. Click [Advanced]
  3. Check [Enable DOM Storage] for Security
  4. Click [OK]
  5. Restart the PC.

For browsers except Internet Explorer11

Please check the settings of Cookie and allow the use of Cookie in your browser.

Coping method (2) Set permissions for managed folder of Windows

Inappropriate access privilege to managed folders may cause incorrect display.

Please execute the following command from the [Command Prompt] of Windows to set the privilege.

  1. Execute [Command Prompt] from start menu.
    For Windows7, [Accessories]-[Command Prompt]
    For Windows10, [Windows System]-[Command Prompt]
  2. Execute the following command on [Command Prompt].
    icacls %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
  3. Exit and reopen the browser.
