At the Board of Directors meeting on March 18, NTN Corporation has made a decision of change of Executive Officers. Also, the Nominating Committee held on the same day, and we announced that the Company has resolved candidates for Directors to be submitted to the 123rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereafter, the General Meeting) scheduled to be held in June this year.
