NTN Corporation hereby announces that the Company decided to remove the Managing Executive Officers at the Board of Directors held on June 25.
1. Reason
Removing the Managing Executive Officers eliminates hierarchical relationship among Executive Officers and makes them into one team. It enables all Executive Officers to activate discussions and respond to various issues quickly toward further enhancement of its corporate value.
