Announcement of Changes of Representative Directors

NTN's Board Meeting held on November 28, 2008 passed the following resolution on representative directors.

1.Changes

2.Reason for Changes

Tatsuo Kondo, President and Representative Director of NTN, had conveyed his intention to step down for health reasons the position as President, Representative Director effective as of November 30, 2008. NTN's Board accepted his request at the Board Meeting held today.

3.Effective Dates of Changes

Resignation by Tatsuo Kondo	: November 30, 2008
Acceptance by Yasunobu Suzuki	: December 1, 2008
