NTN Technical Service Corporation (hereafter, NTS), a subsidiary of NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN), will exhibit at “Robot Technology Japan 2026,” to be held from June 11 to 13 at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center).
This event is one of the largest exhibitions in the Chubu region dedicated to industrial robots and automation systems, featuring 272 exhibitors from Japan and around the world.
In recent years, the manufacturing industry has seen a growing need for automation at manufacturing sites, driven by a declining labor force and the increasing shift toward high-mix, low-volume production. Under the theme “Creating Next-Stage Value through Alignment, Conveyance, and Rotation,” NTS will showcase solutions that enhance productivity and address manufacturing challenges through automation, across processes ranging from parts supply to conveyance and inspection. At the booth, NTS will highlight products and technologies centered on “parts feeders” and “air spindles” that improve process efficiency and productivity.
In the parts feeder exhibit, NTS will present “CHOXY,” a compact, cost-effective solution that simplifies automated picking with a space-saving design; TRINITTE, which automates inspection processes through the integration of cameras and picking robots; and “NEJICLE,” which automates the alignment and conveyance of small screws. All systems will be demonstrated live, allowing visitors to see them in operation on-site.
In the air spindle exhibit, NTS will demonstrate high-speed, smooth rotational performance using a 3D zoetrope*1, visually illustrating continuous motion to highlight the spindles' high-precision rotation capabilities. The exhibit will also feature air spindles offered as an integrated solution, covering development, design, manufacturing, and sales.
- Zoetrope: a device or technique that creates the illusion of motion by rotating a disk lined with objects whose shapes gradually change, using intermittent lighting to make them appear in motion.
Through this exhibition, NTS aims to provide opportunities for direct consultation on a wide range of challenges and requirements at manufacturing sites.
We look forward to welcoming you to our booth.
Main exhibits
Parts feeder
CHOXY
CHOXY is a picking feeder capable of handling a wide variety of parts and designed for high-mix, low-volume production. Its simple configuration—combining a linear feeder and a linear conveyor—offers a compact footprint and easy setup. Compact and easy to install, it also enables user self-operation without specialized expertise, helping manufacturers address growing automation needs at manufacturing sites.
TRINITTE
TRINITTE is a parts feeder capable of handling a wide variety of workpieces without changeover using a dedicated bowl. By integrating a camera with a picking robot, it enables stable picking regardless of the shape or orientation of workpieces on a rotating disk. It helps improve automation and process efficiency in inspection and other processes.
Air spindle
Air spindles are non-contact bearings that use compressed air to levitate the rotating shaft, minimizing friction and wear between the shaft and housing for high precision, ultra-high speed, and long operating life.
They are widely used in a variety of applications such as silicon wafer manufacturing equipment (polishing, machining, and inspection), precision machining of aspherical lenses and ceramics, and electrostatic painting systems for vehicle bodies, thereby supporting next-generation manufacturing.
