NTN will run a booth at the “2016 China International Industry Fair” which is China's largest international industrial comprehensive trade fair.
Various feeder functions that support a variety of applications will be shown using a dynamic exhibition and will include the “High Speed SMD Feeder for Ultra-small Parts”, a new product from NTN, under the theme of “NTN's next-generation parts feeder technology”.

High Speed SMD Feeder for Ultra-small Parts
This product uses a new vibration unit structure that reduces recoil from the vibration of transportation mechanism. As a result, this generates stable, high-frequency vibrations which allow high-speed aligned transportation and feeding of ultra-small parts. It also uses NTN's proprietary technology, which enables stable transportation in two directions, “forward” and “reverse,” with a single linear feeder. This improves performance while also helping to keep the unit space efficient with a similar installation space. The feeder can be used on equipment such as inspection equipment and taping equipment for surface mount devices (SMD).
Mono Drive Two Way Feeder
A revolutionary vibration type parts feeder that allows parts to be stored, aligned and supplied on a single linear feeder. It comes with improved maintenance due to its simple construction. In comparison with existing products, this feeder provides significant space saving, labor saving and reduced costs because it only uses a single drive controller. It can transport small to medium size parts (mechanical, electrical and plastic) and lightweight parts such as bolts and pins.
Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Small Controller
This controller is equipped with a variety of functions such as an external speed switch function, work shortage detection function and inching motion function which contribute towards improved work efficiency of manufacturing lines and setup. The controller has feedback control using a vibration sensor which achieves constant amplitude as well as a resonance tracking function. A series of 4 controller types are available such as a high-performance type for small to medium size parts.
