NTN will run a booth at “JISSO PROTEC 2015 17th Jisso Process Technology Exhibition,” with the theme of “Contribution to the improvement of the productivity and development efficiency by the proprietary-advanced technology.”
The booth will feature 3D Microgeometry Measuring Machine, as well as dynamic exhibits of Desktop Type High-speed Microscopic Coating Applicator and Parallel Link High Speed Angle Control Equipment.
Other products in order to propose products useful for the mounting and inspection processes of electronic components and circuit boards that continue to be downsized and micronized will also be on show, including the High Precision Magnetic Angle Sensor capable of detecting rotational position with high precision, and composite material products to meet the needs of an increasingly diversified market.

Main exhibits
3D Microgeometry Measuring Machine
Capable of measuring minute shapes of heights from a few µm to several 10µm generated on the surface of machined metal and resin materials, and glass and ceramic substrates at the fastest speed in its class. It is also capable of measurements at a visible range up to 1280µm × 960µm with high precision.
Desktop Type High-speed Microscopic Coating Applicator
Capable of high-accuracy coating of microscopic droplets of a few pl (picoliter)*1 at a high speed of 0.1 seconds each time. Allows microscopic coating conditions to be set and configured on a PC monitor using a mouse. Mounting multiple coating containers and coating needles allows coating to be switched between liquid and paste.*2

Parallel Link High Speed Angle Control Equipment
A compact device with operation over a wide range of moving angles (two degrees of freedom) for high-speed, high-precision positioning. The enhanced product improves positioning speed and precision by 10% compared to the conventional product. The entire device is more compact, and offers improved maintenance capabilities and easier wiring works.
High Precision Magnetic Angle Sensor
A magnetic angle sensor that combines a magnetic encoder and magnetic sensor for high-precision detection of the rotational position (rotational angle) of the rotary shaft. Integrating the magnetic encoder ensures a more compact installation space. The corresponding magnetic sensor is also easy to install.
