In order to maintain economic activities in a social environment where the declining birthrate and aging population are advancing, manufacturing sites urgently need to respond to automation. We have commenced sales of the ”Cross Drive Linear Feeder,” which contributes to safety, labor savings, and efficiency at manufacturing sites, and received the ”Encouragement Award” at the ”2024 ’CHO’ MONODZUKURI Innovative Parts and Components Awards” hosted by the Japan Conference on Manufacturing and The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun. The component conveyance speed of this equipment is a maximum of 18 m/min, which is three times faster than conventional models, representing the industry’s fastest level for straight feeders. It also excels in quietness during component transport, achieves smooth transport at inlet and outlet ports, and contributes to energy saving at manufacturing sites by reducing air volume during operation to a maximum of 1/5 compared to conventional products.

Additionally, we began providing specialized bearing analysis services based on knowledge and technology related to materials, heat treatment, and lubrication that our research and development division has cultivated over more than 100 years. This service predicts the remaining service life until damage occurs if bearings continue to be used with surface damage that cannot be predicted from the calculated service life of bearings, and investigates the degree of grease deterioration and foreign matter contained in lubricants. By providing this service, we contribute to our customers’ efficient maintenance planning, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
We will continue to provide safety and comfort through the development of products and services that contribute to automation, efficiency improvement, labor saving, and production efficiency improvement at manufacturing sites.
To achieve safety and security in daily life, as natural disasters due to abnormal weather are increasing, we are also promoting initiatives related to disaster mitigation and disaster prevention to reduce the impact on life when disasters occur. We have developed the Transportable Independent Power Supply ”N3 N-CUBE,” which is equipped with small wind turbines, solar panels, and storage batteries in a container, and it is being utilized for a wide range of applications. The initial development purpose was for stockpile warehouses in preparation for natural disasters and relief facilities when disasters occur, but it is currently also being adopted as infrastructure equipment in places where commercial power sources have not been introduced and can be effectively utilized not only during emergencies but also during normal times.
The ”N3 N-CUBE” can be transported by trucks and can also be customized according to requests. In recent years, natural disasters such as earthquakes, torrential rains, and typhoons have been increasing year by year, and in addition to preparations for power outages accompanying disasters, we are also advancing proposals for charging stations that can supply power to personal mobility and vending machines.
We have also started sales of the restroom model of the ”N3 N-CUBE,” which is Japan’s first circulation type flush toilet that can be transported by helicopter (commonly known as: flying toilet). This product decomposes waste in a treatment layer that operates on solar power, requires almost no water supply/drainage or maintenance, and provides clean and comfortable toilets with handwashing facilities that also contribute to infection prevention measures. We, jointly with Gojo City in Nara Prefecture, provided the circulation type flush toilet (commonly known as: flying toilet) free of charge to Noto Town, Hōsu District, Ishikawa Prefecture, which was damaged by the earthquake in January 2024.
