In order to improve vehicle safety, NTN is promoting collaborative research with universities on test vehicles using our EV system products.

The In-Wheel Motor System is highly acclaimed overseas.

The 10th European Mechatronics Meeting (EMM2012) was held in Haute-Savoie, France, in June, 2012. There, NTN-SNR exhibited such items as EV system products. The In-Wheel Motor System won the Grand Prix of Mechatronics Award.

Also, in September, 2012, In-Wheel Motor System received the Innovation Award for a parts division with the best new technology, at Automechanika2012 held in Frankfurt, Germany.
